The employee designation affords you many benefits not offered to independent contractors, including: Social Security benefit contribution, Taxes withheld by the company, Workers’ Compensation, and, Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance. Also, after six months in-field our employees are eligible for medical expense benefits, and FLEX Comp.  After one year in-field, our employees are eligible for additional benefits, including: Life Insurance, Dental Expense Benefits, Stock Discount Purchase Plan, and, a 401(k) Savings Plan with company matched contributions of 50% of the first 6% of your total income contributed.
